The program provides an extensive curriculum created by the Boston Pipeline Professional Training Systems, Inc., which includes:
*Preparing individuals for work
*Providing job seekers with the necessary pre-employment skills
*Empowering individuals for work success
*Promoting job retention and advancement
The program includes group sessions, timed exams, mock interviewing sessions, resume writing and much more. The goal is to help prepare individuals to enter into the work force.
